Hardware Policy

We sell hardware as part of our services, which always includes delivery and installation. We do not sell any products as direct retail. For this reason, hardware customers (both residential and business) must reside in South Carolina. For free installation of hardware products the buyer must reside in Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, or Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. If you live in South Carolina but outside these areas, an additional fee may be added to your order. Pruvisio reserves the right to determine whether or not a particular buyer qualifies for our services.

Software Policy

We ship, or deliver, software as a part of our services, which always includes installation assistance. By purchasing software from us you agree to Pruvisio assisting in its installation.

Freight

Only software products are shipped. All other products are delivered and installed. Freight is the responsibility of the customer. Title changes hands when the buyer receives the merchandise at his or her location. The buyer is responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.

Web Products

All Web services, which include Web site and application hosting, are paid monthly in advance of that month's service. No yearly contracts are required and services can be terminated by the user with a 30 day notice of termination. All original content is the property of the user. All applications residing on Pruvisio's servers, i.e. the Shopping Cart application, remains the property of Pruvisio.

Warrantees and Disclaimer

All new hardware products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. All software is backed the manufacturers' warrantees. Any and all warrantees are provided by the manufacturer. Pruvisio does not add any additional warrantees beyond that provided by the manufacturer.  The extent of our liability is the replacement or refund of any item you purchase from us.

Prices on this site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors on our Web site at any time. Pruvisio also reserves the right to determine whether or not a particular buyer qualifies for our services.
